Even if you don't consider yourself a great writer or a writer at all, you can still contribute to our publication. We take it upon ourselves to develop the writing of everyone who wishes to contribute by holding group discussions, critique sessions and one-on-one meetings. The Onyx Staff is dedicated to making ourselves available whenever anyone has a question or concern. Through this, we hope to foster an environment of respect, creativity and openness where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their opinions, thoughts and writings.
If you do not want to write, there are also many "behind the scenes" duties that help make our publication possible. You can become active by helping us promote our publication, taking photographs, attending our budget meetings, acting as a liaison with other student groups, researching hot topics...The list goes on and on.
